Breast Augmentation
Breast Augmentation is a popular procedure that increases the size and balances the form of the breasts, always aiming to achieve a natural and beautiful look.
The result is defined by precision - in the desired volume, shape, firmness and position.
Each of these elements is customized in order to achieve an overall look and feel that is exclusive to each individual. You can always expect a younger looking, fuller and better-proportioned silhouette.

Good breast augmentation comes through understanding unique goals, daily habits and lifestyle, and the inherent anatomical forms of each individual. It starts with a consultation with Dr. Brady to explore the best approach for natural and beautiful results that meet your goals. Our philosophy is driven by balance and beauty, and realized by respecting each individual's unique body type.
Implant type: Breast implants are typically silicone gel implants, also known as “gummy bear” implants. The silicone gel is soft but also solid so that the feel of the implant most closely resembles normal breast tissue. In addition, in the event of an implant rupture, the silicone gel cannot migrate, as liquid silicone used to do. silicone shells filled with saline (salt water) of the very highest quality.
Placement: The implant is placed behind each breast, either underneath the breast the pectoralis muscle of the chest. This is something that you and Dr. Brady will decide during your consultation. underneath either breast tissue or the chest wall muscle. This depends on your breast anatomy, as well as lifestyle.
Incisions: are made in inconspicuous places on the breast to minimize scar visibility (in the armpit, in the crease on the underside of the breast, or around the areola, the dark skin around the nipple).
The procedure lasts one to two hours and is typically performed under general anesthesia, although local anesthesia combined with a sedative is also possible.

After the implants are placed and centered beneath the nipples, incisions are stitched, taped and bandaged. In a few days these bandages may be replaced with a surgical bra. Most patients feel tired and sore after the surgery, but this usually passes in a day or two and many patients return to work within the week. All of the stitches are dissolvable. Any post-operative pain, swelling and sensitivity will diminish over the first few weeks. Scars will begin to fade in a few months and will continue to fade for months or years.
